The REVERE HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Siding and Window Replacement at State Aided Development: 128 Walnut Avenue (705-B) 128 & 130 Walnut Avenue, Revere, MA 02151 Scattered Site - 20-22 Thornton St (705-L) 20-22 Thornton Street, Revere, MA 02151 Scattered Site - 65 Thornton St (705-M) 65 Thornton Street, Revere, MA 02151 The Project consists of but not limited to: The project consists of exterior envelope rehabilitation at 128 & 130 Walnut Ave, 20 & 22 Thornton St, and 65 Thornton St, Revere, MA, including siding replacement, window replacement, exterior door replacement and repair or reconstruction of exterior porches and stairs. Question Deadline 07/31/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
