Site work for a water / sewer project in Norton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to install a new well pump, test, and make fully operable a new drinking water supply well. The work includes but is not limited to: the installation of a pitless adaptor and submersible well pump; providing associated site and interior piping, well meter, electrical work and appurtenances to connect the existing raw water main and existing Well 4 station; coordination with the Town's instrumentation and control vendor; and environmental protection and site work including chain link fencing. The Contractor shall substantially complete the project by April 16, 2027.
