The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. A. The work to be performed shall include the work shown on the Contract Drawings, as specified herein, and as indicated below. B. The Work under this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following major items 1. Mobilization and Demobilization to and from the project Site. 2. Furnishing all labor, services, equipment and materials for the installation and commissioning of the salt shed and any appurtenances as shown on the Drawings. 3. Furnishing all labor, services, equipment, and materials for the installation and testing of the stormwater management system components including gravity drainage mains, manholes, catch basins, infiltration basins, and all appurtenances as shown on the Drawings. 4. Preparing and submitting soil management plans for review and approval. 5. Performing test pits and reporting all results to the Engineer. 6. Performing rock excavation within the project limits as required for salt shed or drainage system construction. 7. Removing and legally disposing of excavated unsuitable material (i.e. clay, peat) within drainage trench and salt shed foundation and replacing it with suitable trench backfill material as indicated on the Drawings. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall be conducted on the following property in the Town of Eastham, Massachusetts: 555 Old Orchard Road. Project No. EAS046-0632071-24009331 In general, and without limitation the work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the construction of a new salt storage shed. The proposed salt shed will include furnishing all labor, services, equipment, and materials for the site preparation, clearing, grubbing, excavation, drainage installation, concrete foundation and frost walls, installation of the pre-engineered timber material storage shed including truss system, roofing, electrical and paving as shown on the plans and as described in the specifications.
