The proposed facility will include a new Administration/Maintenance Building (approximately _7,290 GSF), a Vehicle and Equipment Storage Building (approximately _9,337 GSF), a new above-ground fuel island, and a chemical storage container with an associated open canopy (approximately _30' x 30') over the fill area. The work will also include associated site improvements, a new septic system, stormwater management infrastructure, utility connections, circulation and access modifications, and landscape restoration as required to support the new facilities. The existing unconditioned storage building, located within the golf course, will remain in service. Improvements to this building will be limited to the installation of additional overhead doors and the construction of a new open canopy structure (approximately _15' _ 100') along the rear elevation.
