The work to be performed by the selected consultant consists of legal services associated with right-of-way acquisition and condemnation assistance for the improvements on South Barker Road between Sprague Avenue and 8th Avenue. The project reconstructs Barker Road to a three-lane roadway with bike lanes and sidewalks. The project also constructs a single lane roundabout at the intersections of 4th Avenue and 8th Avenue.
