Site work, paving and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in St Charles, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

Supplying and installing asphalt repairs, resurfacing, and color coat to tennis courts, basketball courts, and a pickleball court. The proposed work consists of the 2026 Sport Courts Restoration Project. The Base Bid consists of a lump sum price for the renovation and resurfacing of the paved sport courts. Mt. St. Mary Park (IL Rt. 31 and Prairie St.) a. Scope: Contractor shall provide and install crack sealant in pavement at (1) Tennis Court and (2) Basketball Courts located at Mount Saint Mary Park. Entirety of Tennis Court pavement within fenced area to be resurfaced with acrylic primer once crack repairs are made. Install new court striping to replace existing conditions striping. Install new tennis net. Fencing to be removed, stored, and reinstalled as needed for entry of construction equipment. Refer to Exhibit No.7. b. Tennis Court Surface Color: C. i. ii. Striping-White Belgium Town Park (N. 9th St., North of State St.) a. Scope: Contractor shall provide and install crack sealant in pavement at (1) Pickleball Court located within Belgium Town Park. Entirety of Pickleball Court pavement within fenced area to be resurfaced with acrylic primer once crack repairs are made. Install new court striping to replace existing conditions striping.
