Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,317-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction of a new maintenance complex facility. Base Bid consists of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, and all related items necessary for construction of a new maintenance building and wash bay for the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Region 3 New Rutherford County Maintenance Complex will consist of a 3,260-sf maintenance building, a 1,057-sf wash bay, and associated site work. Additionally, the overall project site has been designed to account for several future support buildings. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. The project will consist of a 3,200 sf maintenance building, a 1,300 sf wash bay, & associated site work planned with future support buildings in mind. Question Deadline 08/13/2026- Bidders shall submit questions about Bidding Documents to Designer in writing. Questions must be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid due date.
