Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Hemingford, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a 10,470-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Bid Package consists of: a 10,470 sf addition to the North side of the existing school that will create (4) new classroom spaces, new restrooms, new P.E. Classroom area (doubling as a storm shelter), a library, as well as a new elevator and second floor access stairs. Additionally there will be minor connection type renovations and a 4,800 sf pre-engineered metal building CTE space addition. Specific trades include but are not limited to the following scopes: selective demolition, concrete foundations & floors, masonry, structural and misc steel, rough carpentry, casework, insulation, metal wall panels, membrane roofing, waterproofing, joint sealants, doors / frames / hardware, overhead doors, aluminum storefront framing and glazing, gypsum drywall & metal stud framing, painting, acoustical ceiling tile, sound baffles, fiberglass reinforced paneling, flooring, tiling, sports flooring, misc specialties, lockers, signage, window coverings, pre- engineered metal buildings, elevators, fire sprinklers, plumbing, hvac, electrical, communications, site prep, termite control, concrete paving, landscaping and site utilities. All proposals shall remain in effect for a period of Forty-Five (45) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by other data required by the bidding documents; or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular and to waive any informalities in any proposal.
