Reference Number 0000434285 Bid Intent Optional The City of Georgetown is seeking bids from qualified and licensed general contractors to perform improvements to a designated laydown yard at the City of Georgetown Municipal Complex, located on Duke Street behind 2520 Highmarket Street. The project is intended to improve the designated yard areas for the staging, storage, parking, and operation of heavy commercial equipment, vehicles, materials, and supplies used in Public Works operations. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidental services necessary to complete the improvements, including site preparation, grading, placement and compaction of aggregate materials, traffic control, hauling and disposal of excess materials, and site cleanup, in accordance with the City's requirements.
