Question Deadline 08/20/2026 at 5:00 PM ET - Online via OpenGov Platform The City of Daytona Beach is hereby soliciting responses from interested parties to provide Repairs to the Main Street Pier to include demolition of existing concrete and wooden structural components and replacement with new wooden structural components and decking as well as Electrical and Plumbing modification. Additionally, the existing enclosed handrails will be replaced with open wooden railing. The project consists of the repairs to the Main Street Pier in Daytona Beach as shown on the plans and project documents. The Pier is located at 1200 Main St. in Daytona Beach. The project includes demolition of existing concrete and wooden components of the Pier and reconstruction of decking and support structures with wooden components. Project also includes reinforcing some existing structural components as well as demolition of existing closed railing structure and replacement with open wooden railing to reduce weight and wind loading. As shown on the plans some electrical and plumbing components are also to be modified .
