Installation of eight (8) commercial-grade digital informational displays at four (4) designated mounting locations within the upper-level pre-function hallways of the East Building. This includes providing all necessary prevailing wage labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, insurance, and other incidentals to perform the scope of work. CORPORATION shall furnish eight (8) digital signage display units only. CONTRACTOR shall provide all installation services and shall furnish all materials, equipment, mounting hardware, structural supports, electrical components, conduit, fittings, junction boxes, pull boxes, conductors, data cabling, connectors, terminations, fasteners, anchors, accessories, tools, testing equipment, supervision, transportation, temporary protection, cleanup, and all incidental items necessary to provide a complete, fully operational, tested, and code-compliant installation. Architectural: project includes installation of 4 new digital informational signs attached to overhead beams/soffits in the pre-function spaces on the upper level of the east building. Structural: project includes no changes to structure. Signage will attach to existing metal framing at soffit with added light gauge flat strapping or fire resistant plywood backing board.
