Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Removal and replacement of storm water infrastructure, including installation of 30-inch HDPE storm pipe within a utility easement and abandonment of existing system portions. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond. Question Deadline 08/10/2026 at 5:00 PM MT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the City in writing to lan Roberson, Project Engineer (iroberson@cortezco.gov ). The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work shown on the drawings and described in the specifications for the project titled: 2026 Montezuma-Sligo Drainage Improvements Phase 2, consisting in general terms of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment essential for the removal and replacement of the current storm water infrastructure west of the intersection of Montezuma Avenue and Sligo Street. The project will consist of installing a 30" HDPE storm pipe within a utility easement and will connect the existing infrastructure to the improvements in Phase 1. Additionally, the project will encompass the abandonment of a portion of the existing system that is without dedicated easement. Contractor will be responsible for field verification of all materials and accessories. Work performed shall be of high quality, in compliance with general accepted standards of workmanship, and in conformity with the Contract Documents.
