The Project Overlay Includes Asphalt Binder Course, Milling, BASE Repair, LINE Painting, Shoulder Backup, Pavement Markings, Guide Rail Replacement, and Membrane Waterproofing Over Existing Structures. All Work Will Be Completed Within the Existing Roadway. All Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (Mpt) Will Be Completed in Accordance With the Special Provisions of the Contract and Will Consist of Short-term Patterns.
