Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Texarkana, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Purchase and installation of a 60 KW generator, including removal and disposal of the old generator. Remove and dispose of old generator Currently generator sits in a fenced enclosure on the southeast side of the courthouse. This will require consideration. The metal roof will need to be removed and repaired . The fencing around the structure may also be affected. Generator needs to power the entire building. Electrical in our building is problematic so should be inspected before bidding. There is a propane tank currently in the enclosure. This tank will need to be removed also. Coordination with Frick's Butane will be required.
