SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall complete all work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The work is generally described as follows: Street improvements to 2nd Street which include removal and disposal of existing concrete pavement and construction of new stamped concrete pavement. The work also includes removal and disposal of curb & gutter and sidewalk along portions of Poplar Street, and the construction new curb & gutter and sidewalk. Work includes all labor, materials equipment, supplies, and incidental items necessary to complete the project in conformance with the plans and specifications and related contract documents. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
