Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,100-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The project consists of the construction of a new state-of-the-art police precinct campus to replace the existing Cactus Park Precinct (Precinct 900) at a new location. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Cactus Park Precinct (GO Bond) Construction Manager at Risk Services project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The project site is located at 3035 W. Thunderbird Road, Phoenix, AZ 85053. The estimated construction cost is $18 million.
