Installation of 2-3 inch waterline extension along E. 800 County Road. Tie into existing waterlines from 2" to 3" pvc with fittings 8000 LF of 3" waterline (DR- 11 HDPE) and installation 3" gate valves x2 w/Box installed with fittings Sand backfill for 8000 LF after excavation and installation of waterline 2" PRV W/Bypass inside of 4'x4' steel can with wheel handled gate valves on both sides of the PRV PRV and all valves will be set according to engineering designs 10 AWG Tracer wire is to be installed and taped to the pipe at 10' intervals Trenchers are not to be used as this is not big enough for the pipe Trench line is to be dug with a mini excavator or backhoe Road crossings and lease road crossings will be restored to the same condition as they were prior to work being completed. After installation, waterline is to be sterilized and tested at the contractor's expense. After installation, waterline is to be pressure tested for 24 hours After successful pressure testing, waterline will be flushed for at least 1 hour or a chlorine test confirms the chlorine levels to match the chlorine levels in the already existing Red Star Rural Water line levels Contractor will follow all drawings and designs from Red Star Rural Water district engineer.
