Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Upgrade various parking lots at Ridge Meadows Hospital to increase on-site parking capacity. Removal of interior islands. Some of these islands have bushes and trees. For this work, I am aware of the tree removal permitting and requirements already. Re-alignment of curbs. Re-alignment of storm sewers and sloping. Re-levelling of subsurface. Re-paving. Re-painting. Re-alignment of existing light poles. Installation of new direction signage. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project. Further update in late fall 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
