Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Work includes, but is not limited to, supply, delivery, installation, and provision of all labour, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the scope of work set out below, relating to the construction of an Operations Yard, including the construction of TFN’s Public Works Yard, establishment of a Temporary Archaeological Storage Area, and installation of a Water Filling Station. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following major items: Public Works Yard The selected Proponent will: 1. Strip any topsoil and / or mixed vegetation per Geotechnical and Environmental requirements. 2. Fill and grade the site, including obtaining a Soil Permit per Geotechnical requirements and TFN’s Soil Transport, Deposit, and Removal Regulation. See Appendix H for Soil Permit Application Form. 3. Implement Erosion and Sediment Control Measures per Environmental requirements. 4. Install underground utilities per Contract drawings, including all testing and commissioning requirements. 5. Install shallow utilities and lighting. 6. Construct site access and parking areas including base gravels, Hot Hix Asphaltic Concrete (HMAC) Temporary Archaeological Storage Area The selected Proponent will: 1. Construct a turn-around area including base gravels, Hot Hix Asphaltic Concrete (HMAC) and pavement markings 2. Install a 50 mm water connection per Contract drawings, including all testing and commissioning requirements.
