A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the Security Desk level 1 Portage IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, QC. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, hard hats, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
