Contractor shall design, engineer, provide materials, and install new Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control Systems (ACS) for U.S. Army INSCOM, USACIC, Region III. The new systems shall be integrated to work seamlessly with the existing INSCOM Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) IDS in Building 3275. The Contractor shall coordinate and complete an initial walkthrough with all stakeholders in the government-identified spaces where the work will be performed and develop a Bill of Materials (BOM) as Deliverable 1 for the proposed solution. An initial stakeholder meeting shall be conducted to confirm that the company under consideration demonstrates the professional capability to perform the required work. Installation methods and materials shall comply with CNSSAM TEMPEST 1/13, ICD 705, Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) Technical Guide for Installation Information Infrastructure Architecture (I3A), BICSI Series requirements for marking, color coding, physical and mechanical specifications, shielding, conduit/duct, labeling, current industry standards, and local base communications and facility standards. Work shall be performed during the hours of 0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Questions are due by July 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Period of Performance: The resulting contract shall be a firm-fixed-price Call Order with a period of performance of six (6) months from date of award.
