Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and management necessary to perform comprehensive elevator maintenance services for the Memphis Air Traffic Control Tower (MEM) and the Memphis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZME). Services include preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, replacement of worn or defective components, and all activities required to ensure the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of elevator systems in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform all required maintenance services using its own personnel, as subcontracting is not permitted under this requirement. Work includes providing qualified key personnel, maintaining system performance and operational readiness, responding to maintenance and repair needs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, regulatory, and contract requirements. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed-price and awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
