The Louisville Metro Housing Authority has unveiled plans to redevelop Parkway Place in the Park Hill neighborhood into a mixed-income, mixed-use community. The proposal includes 590 rental units, 37 lots, 6,000 square feet of non-residential space, 707 parking spaces, a new community center, an exercise park, the 12th Street Pocket Park, and additional pocket parks. No architect or contractor has been identified, and the plan is intended to guide redevelopment over the next several years.
