The City of Las Vegas has issued a request for developer proposals for an approximately 11-acre downtown redevelopment site near the Fremont Street Experience. The project is envisioned as a large mixed-use development incorporating hospitality, entertainment, residential, office, green space, and a potential civic/public safety component. The site is bounded by Las Vegas Boulevard, Ogden Avenue, the alley between Seventh and Eighth streets, and Interstate 11. Developer proposals are due December 16, 2026, after which the selected developer will negotiate a Disposition and Development Agreement with the city
