Description

Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Hondo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Owner intends to enter into an agreement with a Design-Build firm to implement HVAC replacements and HVAC controls at facilities listed in Section A-2. No other facilities will be considered under this project unless otherwise noted by the Owner. The selected firm shall secure any required services for the Project that are defined as professional services under the Professional Services Procurement Act, Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code (for example, registered professional land surveyors, professional architects and professional engineers using the qualifications-based selection process prescribed by that Chapter). Each architect or engineer or professional services firm that is a member of a design build team must be selected in this manner. Question Deadline 08/18/2026 Requests for clarification of any part of this solicitation must be in writing at least six (6) business days prior to the due date. Such requests may be emailed to Eric Baumgartner, Project Manager, LPA Design Studios, EBaumgartner@LPADesignStudios.com. HVAC system improvements and associated construction work.
