The intent of this Request for General Contractor Pre-Qualification (referred to as RFPQ) is for Renfrew Victoria Hospital (referred to as RVH, or Owner) to pre-qualify a list of up to five (5) General Contractors (referred to as GC, or Respondent) suitable to provide construction services for an renovation part of emergency department of Renfrew Victoria Hospital to be referred to as the Project. The project is to upgrade and renovate negative pressure air suite within emergency department of Renfrew Victoria Hospital located at 499 Raglan St N, Renfrew, Ontario. The Project is funded by Renfrew Victoria Hospital and shall comply with the latest editions of CSA Standard Z317.2; Z317.13; Z8000 and Hospitals Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) Standards.
