Kimberly K Wilson kimberly.wilson@minneapolismn.gov 3% MBE / WBE Combined Project is comprised of the installation of a sub-floor flammable waste system below the lowest level of an existing parking structure entitled the Minneapolis Hilton Underground Ramp located in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. The parking structure, located at 1001 Marquette Avenue South, provides below-grade parking on 5 tiers. A hotel structure is located above the parking structure. Work consists of traffic control , removal and replacement of concrete slab on grade, selective demolition of mechanical systems , installation of flammable waste lines and related excavation and other earthwork, plumbing, and pavement marking to restore existing parking striping work. Where possible, the utilization of existing trenching for placement of new flammable waste lines is encouraged.
