Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a military facility in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for the demolition of a military facility.

Interior renovation of the Leitchfield Readiness Center including restroom updates, demolition and reconstruction of showers and drying areas, addition of ADA shower, repurposing space for a lactation room, replacement of interior doors and hardware, installation of new ceilings, wall paint, flooring, and OCIE storage lockers. MEP scope includes replacement of plumbing DWV, water lines, and fixtures, replacement of all HVAC systems, lighting upgrades to LED, modification of electrical distribution systems, installation of new cable trays, cabling, and life safety systems.
