The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services for the construction and installation of the following work: 1. One sand strainer unit with control panel and two new control panels for two (2) existing sand strainer units. 2. Monorail and crane at the existing sand strainer station to remove strainer unit covers. 3. One cartridge filter vessel. 4. Reverse osmosis skid feed pump. 5. Reverse Osmosis skid with three (3) million gallon per day of permeate production capacity, including skid frame, Reverse Osmosis membrane vessels, Reverse Osmosis membranes, interstage booster pump, valves, instruments, and accessories as specified. 6. New monorail and crane in Process Building above the existing Reverse Osmosis skids and the new Reverse Osmosis skid to lift up and mobilize the Reverse Osmosis interstage booster pumps. 7. Variable frequency drives of Reverse Osmosis feed pump and Reverse Osmosis interstage booster pump in Process Building's electrical room. 8. Replacement of the sodium hydroxide and corrosion inhibitor chemical feed pumps with new larger pumps. 9. Vault with flow meter and valves for Reverse Osmosis feed bypass pipeline. 10. One (1) additional corrosion inhibitor bulk storage tank in expanded concrete containment area. 11. Raw water bypass line with motorized isolation tune-up valves. 12. All miscellaneous site and yard piping improvements and other improvements shown on the Drawings and Specifications.
