Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This section describes the Contract in general and provides an overview of the extent of the Work to be performed by the CONTRACTOR. Detailed requirements and extent of Work will be identified in the applicable Work Assignments. CONTRACTOR shall, except as otherwise specifically stated herein or in any other applicable part of the Contract Documents, provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, and other facilities and services necessary for proper execution, testing, and completion of the Work. The Specification Sections and Details included herein provide guidance for the types of work the CONTRACTOR will encounter. Details of the work will be defined in the work assignment. The line items in the bid proposal are the project assignments. Replacement and installation of slide gates, replacement of Agua Diamond filters, installation of drying bed pump station access hatches, installation of gravity belt thickener feed pump, removal and disposal of sand filter materials, and associated site/civil improvements at water recycling center. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
