Septic system replacement for Caledonia IRA facility. CR#: 2137392 The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, Installing a new septic tank and Eljen trenches and the removal of the existing septic tank. The Contract and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 Project Questions regarding the bid process or technical specifications for this procurement should be submitted via email to: Christopher.M.Davis@opwdd.ny.gov The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) on behalf of the Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) requires a qualified Contractor to provide a Septic System Replacement at the Caledonia IRA in Livingston County. The Contractor will provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to the Scope of Work. Work is to be completed within 30 days of contract approval. This is a NYS Public Works project, and prevailing wages are to be paid, and Certified Payrolls must be submitted at time of completion . Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured.
