Site work for a development in Bentonville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The project generally consists of streambank stabilization and restoration along McKisic Creek in Bentonville, Arkansas. Major work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and grading, and installation of streambank protection measures such as rock revetments, cross vane structures, and in-stream boulder placements. Additional work includes implementation of temporary and permanent erosion control measures, site restoration, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and coordination required to perform the work within a regulated floodplain and in compliance with all applicable permits and regulations. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). Questions must be submitted via written communication only to owner's representative at cechols@ceieng.com. The deadline to submit questions related to this Invitation is August 7, 2026, at 4:30 PM CST, after this time the City will only provide clarifications or responses pertaining to items in the Bidding Documents that do not result in a change or Addendum (see Bidding Documents for additional information).
