Inquiries/Questions must be submitted to in writing to the Purchasing Coordinator via email procurement@ormondbeach.org . Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for constructing the Air Traffic Control Tower Rehabilitation, for the City of Ormond Beach Airport. The work consists of rehabilitation of the existing building envelope, structural , mechanical , plumbing, electrical systems, and access control. Project No. 2026.189.03 Project Overview The Air Traffic Control Tower Rehabilitation project includes the reconstruction of the catwalk, replacement of roof system, insulation, lighting protection, parapet wall panels, roof top curbs, hatch, ladder, windows, building envelope, interior remediation, remediation of existing HVAC system, testing on the existing generator with remediations for any deficiencies, replacement of all exterior and interior light fixtures, improvements to the existing lighting protection system, and minor civil/site improvements.
