Regarding the waterline improvements, the project involves replacing aging pipelines and installing an integral component of providing a 12" north-south transmission main in this portion of the city. Regarding the roadway improvements, this project is part of the Keep Greeley Moving (KGM) program and includes improvements to the curb, gutter, and sidewalks along 1st street - in addition to repaving 1st street from 23rd Avenue going west
