SUN VALLEY MAGNET SCHOOL: a) Clear and grub grass and planting areas. b) Remove existing irrigation piping and equipment. c) Remove existing soil below adjacent paving elevation. d) Remove existing concrete curb. e) Remove and relocate existing bench as indicated in the plan. Patch and repair the area where the bench was removed from and match existing surface. f) Furnish and install new granitecrete paving. g) Furnish and install new concrete header. h) Furnish and install new planting area with new plants and with 3" thick wood mulch to be placed atop in all planting areas. i) Furnish and install new re-purposed log stools and log benches. j) Furnish and install new irrigation system. k) Install and plant shrubs as indicated in the plans.
