Includes: i . Air & Liquid manifold sections 1,2, & 3 ii . Risers & return piping iii . Pipe support assemblies & liners iv. Pipe field wrapping v. Associated hardware & epoxy vi. Qty 2 liquid circulation pumps 1. All electrical & SCADA by KUB 2. Contractor to coordinate pumps/motor termination with KUB SMS b. Handling & installation per manufacturer's instructions (provided) c. Fiberglass "welding" of sections, aka "field wrapping" d. Approx. 90' total length Contractor to arrange startup activities with manufacturer representative onsite 3. Only one basin can be taken offline at a time a. Manufacturer startup need to occur on separate occasions b. KUB operations to monitor system for 21 days minimum prior to taking down second basin 4. Field modification of existing fiberglass tie-in, 1 per SBR basin 5. Field modifications of exiting stainless steel pump rails/brackets, 1 per basin a. Stainless 316L b. Minimum 3/8" thickness c. Contractor design to be KUB approved 6. Removal of existing concrete pump foundation, 1 per basin 7. KUB to drain & clean each basin prior to contractor entry. 8. KUB to provide containers & disposal
