Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call civil work for a municipal facility and sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of approximately 193 LF of 24-inch HDPE storm sewer, 276 LF of 15-inch HDPE storm sewer, 1-3'x4' precast concrete inlet, 1-2'x4' precast concrete inlet, 3 outfalls to South Branch French Creek with duckbill check valves and riprap aprons, abandonment of an 18" VCP pipe and surface restoration including asphalt roadway, concrete curbs, curb-gutters and sidewalks and all vegetative areas. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Questions during the bid period shall be directed to the office of the engineer Greenman -Pedersen, Inc. (GPI), 5340 Fryling Road , Suite 206, Erie, PA 16510 ( Phone : 814-725-8659/E- mail : sharris@gpinet.com) Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration. The project work is located in the Municipal Parking Lot in the Borough of Union City, Erie County, PA, as shown on the plans.
