Question Deadline 08/07/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Any questions regarding the RFP must be sent in writing via email to gibids@govisland.org Scope of Work General Construction Services: The contractor will provide all construction services associated with the project, including but not limited to, means and methods, job site safety, temporary shoring, chairing bi-weekly progress meetings and providing minutes, submittals and requests for information (RFIs), coordinating special inspections, in addition to coordination with the Design Team, the Trust, and other agencies as needed for reviews and approvals, and any further services described in the Contract Template document attached as Exhibit D. The contractor will be responsible for all logistics associated with completing the scope of work as outlined in Exhibit F Design Documents. The Trust is seeking a lump sum fee for all work outlined in this RFP and associated Exhibits, as outlined in Exhibit H Fee Proposal. The selected contractor(s) will comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines, and policies, for the duration of the executed Agreement. In addition, this Project has an M/WBE participation goal of 30%. The contractor shall prepare payment requisitions consistent with all applicable procurement requirements for reimbursement of eligible expenses.
