Kitchen remodel project including general trades, plumbing, and electrical work. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 10% Bid Bond. Supply all labor, transportation, apparatus, scaffolding and tools necessary for the completion of the work; maintain and remove temporary equipment and construct in excellent and workmanlike manner the complete work and everything properly incidental thereto, as stated in the contract documents or reasonably implied therefrom.
