SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, disposal, and incidental services necessary to complete the project. Project location consists of approximately: o 400 feet long x 24 feet wide driveway From the beginning of Fox Rd. to the start of the Jersey barriers in the South parking lot Work includes, but is not limited to: o Grinding/milling the existing blacktop surface Regrading the existing base using reclaimed asphalt material and additional fill material if required Installing approximately 3 inches of new hot mix asphalt pavement Compaction and finish grading Cleanup and restoration of disturbed areas Traffic control and site safety measures The contractor shall verify all field conditions and dimensions prior to submitting a bid.
