Site work, paving and renovation of a road / highway in West Fallowfield Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.

Installation of three crosspipes with headwalls and endwalls, construction of two stone underdrain systems, reshaping of ditch turnouts into vegetated swales, and road construction with woven geotextile fabric and gravel surfacing. The replacement of 1 (18" x 60') HDPE crosspipe with headwall and endwall. The installation of 2 underdrain systems (details included) to collect spring water in the ditch, going down the hill towards Patton Run and out-letting into a rock-stabilized area in the woods. Both underdrain system will include installation of 200' of 6" perforated HDPE pipe and 600' of 6" solid SCH 40 pipe with one 45-degree angle connection. The installation of headwalls and endwalls around existing culvert pipe . The re-shaping of two existing turnouts into wide, vegetated swales. The installation of 24" of 2A gravel for 1100', transitioned to 12" of 2A gravel for an additional 800', and finally transitioned into the existing road surface. The gravel is to be placed on woven geotextile fabric, compacted in 12" lifts with the Owner responsible for the final grading. Materials except for 2A gravel, AASHTO #1, 6" perforated HDPE pipe, 6" solid SCH 40 pipe, and seed & mulch will be supplied by the Owner to the Contractor. The project location begins at the intersection of Deezik Road and Dumars Road and continues north for approximately 1,900 feet, terminating approximately 630 feet south of intersection of Deezik Road and Patton Road.
