Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Chandler, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Work under this Agreement consists of drilling and completion of one potable water production well using the reverse circulation rotary drilling method for the City of Chandler to a depth of approximately 1,500 feet below ground surface. The proposed well (Well), is located at the northeast corner of Hunt Highway and Cooper Road, Chandler, Arizona. Work must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 08/07/2026 at 5:00 PM MT All solicitation questions must be emailed to Bid.Questions@chandleraz.gov with the subject line of: "WA2405.401 Hunt Highway Well BID QUESTION". Questions received after the due date and time will NOT be considered. Estimate range is $ 1.5 Million - $2 Million. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
