The Project includes the following Work: Conversion of the existing vacated warehouse to two floors of Engineering office space Modification of the existing HR office space located on the 2nd floor to Field Support office space Modernization of the current 2nd floor restrooms Modernization of the Distribution Emergency Technician office spac Modification and modernization of the existing office space on the 1st floor to Human Resources and Finance office space Modernization of the 1st floor lobby restrooms Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond (EJCDC Penal Sum Form ) of 5% of the amount of the Bid . The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Public Works Bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the contract.
