The nature of the work is the installation of new 6 HDPE waterline including reconnecting water service lines and miscellaneous items of work Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bidding . QA date - 8-12-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered .
