Surface treatment on various municipal roads including road surface preparation, application of asphalt emulsion and aggregate, rolling, sweeping, and quality control testing. This Contract shall include the supply of all labour, tools, equipment, fuel , insurance, material, parts, utilities and all other items necessary for preparation of the existing road surface, graded to a two percent crossfall and compacted before utilizing the existing crushed asphalt from the City's compound on Pearson Drive to cover course material . Prepared roadways will then be completed with a double surface treatment (DST) with HF- 150 using class || aggregates. The Work on Dunlop Shores Road has a coverage area of approximately 37,350 sq. metres of DST and the work on Stanrock Road has a coverage area of approximately 29,070 sq . meters of DST Stanrock Road will require grading and preparation of the existing base only, with no application of crushed asphalt aggregate. The Work will occur on Dunlop Shores Road and on Stanrock Road from Highway 108, westerly on Dunlop Shores Road approximately 4,980m and easterly on Stanrock Road approximately 3,420m .
