Description

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Newton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials , and supervision necessary to complete the demolition and site restoration of the subject property . The work shall include the following: Complete demolition and removal of all structures , including foundations, footings, slabs, and any appurtenances located on the premises . Removal and lawful disposal of all demolition debris, in accordance with applicable local , state, and federal regulations. Backfilling of all excavated areas and voids with suitable material, properly compacted to prevent settling . Grading of the property, where building was removed, must be to a smooth, level condition consistent with surrounding grade elevations , ensuring positive drainage . Upon completion, the site shall be left clean, safe, and free of debris , with a finished grade.
