Description

Renovation of a military facility in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

CCL - $5-$10 million The Period of Performance shall be 615 calendar days after award The existing Elevators #7 and #8 in Building 467 are Otis traction passenger elevators that were originally installed in 1942. Both units have received alterations over the years but some original equipment remains. The elevators have 4,000 lbs. capacity, travel at 400 fpm, 2:1 roping, and eight (8) stops. Demolition of existing dumbwaiter located in Elevator #7 hoistway. The PPI format is provided in RFP Enclosure 6. PPIs shall be submitted via email to Jason.a.lewis34.civ@us.navy.mil.
