Site work and paving for a civil project in Luling, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of bridge and drainage infrastructure improvements, including all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and appurtenant work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents. Questions regarding the project must be submitted via email to grants@cityofluling.net. The deadline for questions is 5:00 p.m. CST on July 31, 2026. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, issued by an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the State of Texas, or by a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable negotiable instrument payable without recourse to the City of Luling. The City of Luling reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the City. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements.
