Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Air handling unit (AHU) replacement at the Shaw Building. Question Deadline 08/10/2026 All enquiries or requests for clarification from Bidders to be made in writing and submitted to the Consultant not less than three (3) business days before the date set for receipt of Bids. Reply will be in form of an addendum, no later than two (2) working days before the date set for receipt of Bids. Furnish all labour, materials, equipment, tools and services required for removal and replacement of AHU Systems 10 & 11, including associated ductwork, heating coils, pumps, controls, dampers, electrical connections, tie-ins, commissioning, testing and balancing as shown in the plans and specifications. Existing return fans, heating coils, dampers and associated controls are removed and replaced with new equipment and controls integrated into the existing BMS.
