Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and municipal facility.

his Scope of Work encompasses comprehensive infrastructure and safety upgrades for the City of Davenport, providing all necessary labor, equipment, mobilization, and materials required to complete the project. The contractor will remove the existing davit crane, fabricate and attach a new base plate and anchor rods in the field, and construct a concrete pier with reinforcing steel, anchor rods, and a slab on grade. Additionally, the contractor will fabricate and install structural steel brackets for the fall protection system, secure them with anchor rods, and modify the existing bar grating to ensure seamless integration Question Deadline 08/05/2026 at 2:00 PM CT
